A very interesting book. Victoria, who became Queen at the age of 17, wrote over words a day almost her entire life. Her writing is fascinating, and I loved correlating her letters and journal entries with the history I know, but I ended up learning a lot more history through these writings/5.

I am doing my dissertation on Queen Victoria and I really needed a book that explained her mindset to me perfectly in This book saved me from despair. It had all the information mapped out and is just brilliant.
